As part of our mission to restore our land with not just productive fruit trees but also a diverse range of plants—focusing on rare native species—bees play a vital role. As we continue to successfully welcome new bee populations, their honey production has flourished. During the times of the year when the bees have an abundance of honey, we take a modest share to indulge in a little sweetness.
